Sara and Ben are good friends who just moved to Colorado this year, and I was looking for a couple for a portfolio-building shoot, so I thought this would be the perfect way to welcome them to the rockies! We decided to explore Shrine Pass outside of Vail in mid-September for late-summer vibes in the mountains. We drove up the rocky road, ran around a meadow during golden hour, and then danced under the light of blue hour. It was everything I wanted for their epic mountain couple photos.
I had heard good things about Shrine Pass but had never been there before, so I was stoked when Ben and Sara were willing to take a drive. Campers and scenic drivers were scattered throughout, and we all collectively decided we had to go back to spend more time. We barely even scratched the surface of the entire pass, so we're due for another adventure.
