This styled shoot felt different from the start because Megan and Doug weren’t just models; they were a real couple with years of marriage behind them. I had photographed their family before, so when she eagerly volunteered to step in for this winter elopement in Evergreen, everything felt familiar, relaxed, and easy from the first moment! As the February sun dipped below the Mt. Falcon ridges, Megan and Doug read their vows to each other again. It was sweet, emotional, and beautifully “them.”
