One of my favorite things about this job is meeting people from all walks of life, from all over the country. Jessica reached out to me for some maternity photos before she and her husband left Colorado. They're both travel nurses from Florida and have been here for the last several months, living out of their camper van (yeah, I know, I’m also jealous). Their contracts were up, and they were heading back to Florida for this new chapter as a family of three. So, when we talked about locations, they were up for an adventure to cap off their time in CO. We met at Brainard Lake during sunset and walked around the shore until the sun set behind the mountains. With it being early October, it was getting chilly and windy in the mountains, but they were troopers, and it was still so lovely. You don't have to convince me twice to take maternity portraits at Brainard Lake!
