Doty Family Fall Session at Brainard Lake
Tanja and her family came to Brainard Lake for updated family photos - she’s a fellow photographer and I had met her at a previous shoot, so it felt extra special to capture their family in this new chapter. It was a windy afternoon, but we still had fun bopping around the lake! We even spotted a couple of meese down the trail. (Brainard Lake is known to be very moose-heavy!) Despite the cold, the session felt warm and playful, filled with laughter, candid moments, and gorgeous autumn light. Capturing this family’s connection against the Colorado mountains and golden foliage was such a highlight of my year!
