Allison and Thor’s August wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado was the perfect mountain celebration! With just 40 of their closest family and friends, every detail was full of intention and love, from Allison’s handwritten letters to their guests, to their choreographed first dance. The ceremony in the aspen grove was breathtaking, and the reception at Beaver Creek Lodge included an outfit change, playful toasts, and a honeymoon surprise song revealing their trip to Thailand. I was thrilled to be invited through their florist, Danielle from Moss and Found, and to work alongside my sister, Ali from Her Third Eye Productions, capturing the day on video. The night ended with every guest on the dancefloor, celebrating the happiest couple!

"Megan was our wedding photographer and included an engagement shoot in her package we used. My then fiance and I met her at Officers Gulch after a horrible day of travel to have our engagement shoot (we were having a destination wedding), and she did an amazing job of making us forget all the preceding travel issues. Not only that, Megan did a phenomenal job of making us forget the camera was there -- both my husband and I are camera shy -- and our engagement photos as well as the sneak peek gallery for our wedding were stunning, and we can't wait to see the full gallery!

She also is great at keeping on the timeline (very much appreciated by me as someone who has planned numerous events) and easing everyone's nerves. My cousin, who is also a wedding photographer in Virginia, remarked on how Megan "blended in" well so that no one noticed her running around taking photos during our ceremony and reception!

Megan listened to our preferences (including playing our crazy playlist at our engagement shoot!), made great recommendations for other vendors, gave us back our photos in a timely manner, and is just an all-around great person.
